So, I am a songwriter and songwriters write songs and play them for others. I have been doing it since 2000 or so. Here is one of my new songs which will appear on a ep I'm releasing in January. This ep will be available for FREE download right here on my site. You will hear more about the whole thing real soon. well, i really like it. your voice is really sounding good as time goes on. like wine, or something. keep it up.
arthur i'm definitely on step with that song. some days you wake up and think "i had it all wrong." those are good days, and that is a good song.

I had a really rough day earlier this week and retreated to iTunes in shuffle mode. "Far From Today" came on at just the right time. It was a really rough day. Anyway, I blogged it and thought I'd mention it...and say thanks for the good music.
We need to run into each other again.

I like the song man. Your lyrics are great and open enough for multiple interpretations outside of the Christian arena. The song has a nice pace to it and I really like the ending. The one critical statement I'll make is that I don't like the humming/oohing part in the middle. I think you need to bring in another instrument like a single violin or something there. Maybe you plan to do that anyway. Overall it sounds good.

Just wanted to say welcome back to the web. the new site looks good. If this song is an indicator of what's to come, I think that EP is going to be pretty dang awesome. I love the stripped down sound man. Killer.
